Point 1 - Keep off as many lists as possible
Keeping this in mind, I made sure that I always banked or went onto critical If I thought that wasnt enough then I trained more spies to reduce my income. For a very long time very few people declared war with me because I had never had enough naq to make it worth while.
Point 2 - Dont have naq in the open
The second thing I realised is that if somone cannot see how much naq you have 99% of the time they wont bother with a 1 turn attack to have a look, they will find an easier farm else where
Point 3 - Have a high covert
And the final thing that can deter a farmer is a high defence, some might think that this should be the first thing you improve but unless you have 10 bill defence then someone out there is going to be able to beat it, you just have to make it less worthwhile to do so.
Point 4 - Have a good defence but dont rely on it.
Now for all you people who have been farmed and are now stronger here is a tip, being at war with someone marks you on your targets 'declared war on you' list . Have a look at that list occasionally, sometimes they ascend and have no defence, sometimes you just get a better attack than their defence, use it, attack them back, take back the power and see how many declare neutral with you, but you keep on farming them like they did to you
Finally - If you are farmed, ask yourself why and solve the problem, dont whine about it, dont have a whinge about how you mum wouldnt let you use the comp unless you did the dishes.......just move on, learn from it and become a better player. Oh and make sure you take the guys name down so when (if) you are ever stronger than them you can get some payback
