TA aren't in this war. Neither are Sigma or Omega. So it has absolutely nothing to do with this war or thread. The world doesn't stop just because part of our empire goes to war with part of yours.

Well Jorgensen we never did do our Vendetta. But i guess an entire war will have some fun with it as well. Hopefully i can keep the so called Vendetta down as well.

Hrm. Okay, I was just in the neighbourhood, and clearly there is a LOT of backstory I'm not privvy too, or can't be bothered reading. One or the other. But at a glance I saw everyone complaining about OE's policy about farmers / being farmed. I see a lot of QQ's about hypocrisy, do as I say, not as I do, yadda yadda.

As far as I can tell - they haven't been hypocritical once. A lot of farmers operate under the assumption that the moment they attack once, their stats are forfeit and someone is going to take them. I can't imagine anyone from OE being any different. They operate under the assumption that if they hit you, you're going to strike at their account. Thus, they also operate that if you hit them, they're going to strike you.

Far as I can see, makes perfect sense to me. Only difference is, since you lot are complaining about being farmed, they're not afraid of losing their stats. But you are.

Thanks Zeek, I was reading this thread and wondering if I was going to have to go on over to the vendetta thread for a nice copy-paste. Might wanna keep that on ice, seems like that same old arguement happens time and time again.

I have farmed numerous OE members when they farm me. This is how it goes: An O.E. member hits me for some naquedah; A) Was it my fault for missing my PPT? Farming and not banking ( Bad internet - it happens. )? B) If it was just a casual hit, I keep a mental note for when I'm scanning the pages. If I see him with enough naquedah to be worth my time, I take it. This is how the situation unfolds after that. C) Mass him if I'm in a foul enough mood. Just drop a message to the respective H.C. member about who you're massing, why, and I have yet to been told that the alliance will intervene.

A) We send messages back and forth, comparing virtual e-peens, after that we decided to just set peace, because we both happened to amuse each other, and now I have a good standing with an O.E. member, and vice versa.

B) He decides to mass me for hitting him ( Perfectly acceptable, it was one of my options too. ), I drop a message to the respective H.C., avoids an alliance conflict, and then I promptly mass him back. This mini-vendetta lasts a week, by the end we're both laughing, sending messages, still blowing up each others' accounts, but having a good time. Found a kindred spirit, if you will. We set peace, and go on our merry.

Yeah. No idea what I'm talking about. Maybe I just have more tact when dealing with the super powers then you do.

I would like to thank both the people who hit my dual for reminding me to merlin it as i forgot it came off today
