If the admins can re-arrange the links in the sidebar, things will look much better

* makes some changes to the inbox
- seperates inbox into messages and notifications
- messages include all messages sent personally by players
- notification includes all 'war declared', 'peace declared' and 'new trade broker request' messages

* moves the 'personal log' to the command center
- as a sticky note

* adds 'Withdraw all naq' and 'deposit all naq' buttons to the sidebar

Im not keen on the deposit all naq button, means you can hit and bank a lot quicker... potentially removing the risk so long as your connection is good
