If you couldn't take their naq in peace time, tell them to rebuild their defence or deal with being farmed.

On the other side of the coin, you should expect to be massed for every single AT you use in this game, wether it be a 15turn hit for 1T naq or a 3AT failed attack.

People just need to relax.

@Dubby - not sure if their is a 'specific term' but ask Slayer, im sure he came up with some colourful names when I nicked his farm naq :p

Sounds about right to me.

Exactly the way i see it. If you use 3ats i see it as an open invitation for a massing. Just depends on the person doing the hit and the person being hit. Also depends on the alliance members of the one hit, they could mass you for this very reason.

Each hit is at your own risk.

Re: ''Vulture''

Are there any players or group of players that primarily farm alliances at war? If so then thats a vulture...the motivation which is revealed by the actions determines wether or not a player or players are a vulture..if they do exist thier almost extinct.

I agree..admittedly it is tough to distinguish whether the person just came across the account at war with profitable naq out or is actually targetting alliances who are at war. But as in all things, a pattern will emerge..and their number is up.

And I agree with previous posts, you attack anyone at your own risk. When I started this game, I was attacked a few times and a couple of guys actually had the cheek to demand resources. All of them were remembered... :-D
