TAF, BAU, and EPA Announcement

I. The Beginnings
6 years ago, Opticallove and Evilhomer created the Tauri Ålliance. About a week later one of the original TÅ members, Wolf359, created the Earth Protectorate Alliance.

4 months after that there was a man called Blake, a Tauri from EPA who formed a new assault group, Blake's Assault Unit. Not long after, BAU, EPA and TÅ fought a hard war against the Order of Chaos. As the dust slowly settled the Order of Chaos was shattered the allied Tauri forces stood together side by side in victory.

II. Friendships Revisited
1 Year ago, TAF and EPA announced the formation of the Elite Terran Force. This partnership once again brought the two alliances together and used a shared member-base and a shared forum. Both alliances continued to retain their existing leadership systems as well as fighting multiple wars each as separate entities, while different members switched between the two groups.

4 months ago, BAU joined TÅF as a separate entity under the TÅ Command Structure, following Tauri Alliance policies and diplomatic procedures. From that point on any attacks on BAU were considered attacks on the TÅ Family.

III. Restructure
1 month ago, Talks began over a restructure of TÅF and ETF as a whole, brought about from our continued close relations as well as game updates. It was decided that ETF would be merged into solely the TÅF and that the alliance names of EPA and BAU would be retired in name, but would forever live within those who had served in them during their long life.

On May 31 2011, EPA's alliance tag was changed to TÅÅE and the old TÅÅE was disbanded. That day, transitions were done between TA, TÅÅE, TÅTS, EPA and BAU to consolidate into solely TÅ, TÅÅE and TÅTS. Slowly the transition was completed until finally on June 3, 2011 BAU was disbanded.

IV. A New Beginning
While it was saddening to see two great Alliances gone from the rankings, it was only natural that they return from which they came.

We have been friends for a long time and we now will work together completely under the single banner of the Tauri Ålliance Family consisting of the Tauri Ålliance, the Tauri Ålliance Åtlantis Expedition and the Tauri Ålliance Training Syndicate.

TAF has always had good, sensible, caring, and understanding people in it's ranks. It's always been fun to chat with them, even during that god awful war.

Feels good to be part of TAF, thanks to all who have made us feel at home.

Another empire restructure resulting in fewer alliances, consolidation of actives and better coverage of alliance functions. Just like DDE and OE tis a sign of the times, fewer active players and more reliance on alliance functions.


Tis very sad to see the end of EPA & BAU, two long standing proud alliance names but also good to see TAF revitalised and ready to rock.

18th April 2008 I joined BAU.
3 June 2011 - BAU is no more.

Beautiful four years, with best people in this game.

so many left, so many new....

but we play this game with people, that become our friends, with them and for them, and not for the TAG. so no matter what it says nothings gonna change.

Long live the spirit of BAU in the hearts of the players, it gave this game.
