Quantum Possible Cheat/Bug

I was looking at people to attack in Quantum and came across someone with 15 Officers. I thought this was impossible.

Anyone know if this is a bug or a cheater ?

yeah, 10 is the max, i tried to join my current commander when he had 10 already and it told me i couldn't, he had to remove someone 1st, hehe.

once you are at your limit if someone joins through your clicker link, it still allows it.

The reason for this I believe is to encourage recruiting new players to the game

All of the officers are ranked 0 / unranked with 3 troops and 20,000 naq that can't be right surely

On a second look - most of the officers are just letter combinations rather than names, this one must be a cheater surely
