Cant log into ascended server

Cant log into ascended server
cant log in, sent log in info to my e mail using the e mail option which sent it ok, tried logging in and still saying details wrong also tried sending using my username but that doesnt send me the log in info..............anyone any ideas or e mail gameadmin ?

hmm... didn't you sell ure account? becuase that would include ure ascended account aswell..

Whether that is the case or not it doesn't affect the problem he is experiencing. I have copied and pasted the info directly to the log in and still doesnt work, Emailed admin so Im sure they will sort out for me, no big deal will be fixed soon enough.
