I couldn't access IRC for technical reasons, so I'll request it here, if someone could propose to Jason (if he wants this update to stay) in the night meeting, that the formula of self descension becomes something like:

LF useable in battle (example 180mil)+ LF*2 (means 360mil of the reserves when LF useable in battle is down to 1).
Thus a LF of 180mil would descend itself if they had LF down to 1 and reserves down by 360mil as well.
This way, the update will be practical.
