You mean the only people that dont agree with the updates. There will always be some haters regardless.
What? I mean exactly what I said.
ajdusments are made to fix things, THEY WILL ALWAYS cater for one group of people and disadvantage another, it just so happens that some people kick up a bigger fuss than others.
OK? so whats your point then m8?
Was going to add it but i had to log off the computer at uni
The point is your point is void. These updates hardly cater for a select few, admin has changed it so users can actually do what it is there for. Regardless updates that are on ascended have been asked for constantly and admin has finally implemented them. Also define a lot? because i see only a handful of people rejecting the updates, which just all happen to be from the same clique. This is hardly the topic to talk about this anyway, I have said what i needed to say about your 'cap-all' proposal.
1st of all bud nobody is whining about anything so get off that ok? Thats not constructive.
LOL.
How about you restrict your members posts before you start criticizing how people outside of your alliance aren't posting 'constructively'.
Jedi~Tank wrote:2nd you dont see the larger view if you only think this current state benefits the majority, it DOES NOT, it in fact preserves the already top (and yes I am one of them). None of these updates were discussed as thorough as they should have been. The discussions took place in private and the so- called admin meet was the announcement of the decisions made, THATS A FARCE.
It depends what you classify as updates, i would consider many updates so far benefit the strong (more than you do), whether it be because they suggested it, or admin actually finally got around to fixing it (and so those that had something good, grew to have something better).
MOST of these updates have been discussed thoroughly on the forum, apart from fixes which should have been applied, bugs, the ability to abuse the game mechanics, and even updating set formulas that were created 4 odd years ago when the dream of reaching such a height was a twinkle in your eye.
Yes I believe some course of action NEEDS to be taken to allow some of the new people a fighting chance to play, even if admin just implements a 5x 1/5 rule like ascended, it would bolster the new peoples protection, then again who wants to play a game where you have to battle against cash? where you have to spend years catching up (whats capping going to do? hah). Perhaps you should be aiming to resolve the CAUSE and not fix the REALITY of the problem, like i said, jason-quick-fix.
Who wants to destroy something that takes 3 seconds to rebuild anyway? Wars would last and people use to build big because when you took something down it stayed down for awhile, or was rebuilt smaller, until the opposition had to farm and raid it back.
Plus the game guide could use a good re-work, im suprised some of it is still relevant.
