Everytime i try to spy someone i get this ( at least 8 outta 10 times )
"Unclear target. You either have the wrong info, or the universe has changed around you in your period of inaction..."
It doesnt matter who it is, i get that, if i hit back, and spy them again, i sometimes get the message again, usually on the 3rd attempt it will work,
What exactly is that message about?
I seen it a few days ago and thought nothing of it, but now its all the time,
