I hate people who try to make themself feel superior by telling others to do a search... if there's nothing really recent then it's relevant to make a new thread because chances are that if the last one hasn't been posted in recently then Forum fixed it and this is a different cause...

My friend had the same problem earlier and he tried the Forgot Password and stuff and it didn't work. He also has his information saved using Firefox so he didn't type in his information wrong. (I'm talking about Corkscrew)

yes, after nearly 24hours my account is vulnerable!

I usually play with ff and my email and pass are saved so i have to enter my realm name only but ... nothing, no error message nothing!

Then i tried the Forget password and received my correct password, entered it in ff and ... nothing
cleaned my cash, saved sessions, cookies and all other data but ... nothing

I was so desperate so i tried with ie but ... nothing

Is any mod here can tell us what happened please? It becomes very annoying

Well, we probably can conclude by now that it has nothing to do with the browsers we are using, because some of us are on IE and some of us on FF.


Damn, and I've been robbing this guy of about 250 mil naq so far. (That's a big number when you are in the 3000s) He's been doing counter-attacks, but the only reason he hasn't been successful is that I've been spending it all. Now that I can't logon, I can't spend, and my naq is out in the open. I might as well put a sign on my account that says "farm me please".

I don't know if I'll have a decent account to log on to if I can't get on it soon.

I'm having the same problem, but like reborn said in the beginning, this bug regards only the http://www.thegatewars.com-server. You (and I) are still able to log in via http://www.stargatewars.com.

To me it seems as if the "login" button links to the wrong page, i.e. redirects you to the login page.

His "grand advice" was to do a search, which was the first thing I did. There aren't any other relevant topics....Seriously, if you don't have the same problem and aren't going to help, don't reply.

Grand advice? Anonymous, I was trying to help, not talk down to someone. I was trying to give a suggestion that I though hadn't been considered before. Don't slag me for trying to help out, it wasn't what I was doing to reborn.

Again, my intentions were to help, and I though the same problem that was being reported was what was mentioned on earlier on other posts. If Forum made a change and the same bug was being reported he could go back to those changes and tweak them, instead of starting anew with the problem if the same thing was experienced before. That is my logic behind my post. You don't know me or what I was thinking when I posted. So don't label, or judge me to be people that you have no regard for. I could have probably have presented it in another way, but looking back at a prior post it still seems like that same problem that was experienced before is happening again. Don't believe me? Specifically focusing on the posts of Mezzanine, Whitethatstiger, etc. you can see that it was posted:

thegatewars.com or stargatewars.com, i have the same problem, which is after logging in, i have access to "attack" and "attack log" menus just fine but nothing else. For the other menus, it says "you are not logged in". The information i typed in is correct. I've been on all day, but doesn't work anymore for the past 30 minutes.

First this happened on stargatewars.com then i switched to thegatewars.com and could login, now thegatwars.com says it as well.

My cookies are enabled.

Sorry if this has been answered already but I've read the other posts and cant see the solution.

yep, it's happening to the two sites (sgw and tgw) i sent a mail yesterday or befores (can't remember when this started), but i have had no response yet.....

it did the same thing for me. i went to the gate wars, worked perfectly then after a few days, same thing there. please help

Same with me it started at stargatewars I switched to thegatewars working great and now it is not working what is wrong??...This is the second time this happened can't we just fix this stupid problem and play the game?

the first time it happened switching to the other site worked but now not only has it spread to both sites it has started in quantum now to PLEASE get this cleared up

As reborn had said below s/he was able to log into one site and now the other. The same thing was reported by other people. I posted to what s/he had said. If something had happened and s/he didn't report, therefore changing the variables in the problem, there was no way for me to know about it.

Sphere, I wasn't standing on a soapbox preaching or looking down on other people. So, get of of yours with me. I think you need to check yourself before you roll up on other people.
