This is a calling to ~Lord Rse~...

I challenge you to a vendetta, for the evil crimes against an alliance much smaller than yourself.

This will obviously be on the agreement that our commanders will allow such a thing, due to the terms and conditions of our NAP Policies.

Your surrender terms is the full repriations of the alliance you massed and full sincere apologies.

I await your acceptance before contacting my leaders.

First of all this is in the wrong section, this would be a vendetta,

Secondly your declaring the war so should it not read
