[URGENT] Account Reset Bug??

Last night i logged out with my account, yes i definatly logged out, and i turned off my pc. At this time of logging out, i had just finished farming, i had 5 mill strike weapons, and 3.5m defense weapons. Ontop of this i was Unknown ascended level, I think it was Unknown of the Ajna, im not 100% sure.

when i logged on today, My user interface was differemt (Go'auld style), ALL my weapons were gone, but the Naq was not in my bank from them. ALL my Tech levels were reset. My supers and spies were still trained as before. When i click my name, it shows me as - ~

I am no longer ascended. I have checked, i still have covert level 37, and anti covert 35. my covert before logging out was over 5,000,000,000,000 Now with the exact number of spies, it is Covert Action 3,710,406,747,848 Proving i am no longer recieving ascended bonus's. Yet in my tech tree, it shows the ability to purchase the ascended blessing technology.

I believe my account may have been made a Daimon?

However i still have access to my ascended account, ID is mentioned above. I am still able to play the ascended server, using this account.

However this shouldnt be the case. I logged out correctly. No one has the details to my account, nor have they ever had them. My computer is not infected with any virus's or malware. There is absolutely no chance i could have had my account hacked from me.

Id appreciate this issue being fixed ASAP. Not only have i lost time playing, ive lost real money also.
Not to mention leaving myself vulnerable in a time im at heightened alert, and further leaving my alliance more vulnerable to provocation from rival alliances, by taking out a weakened account.

I seam to recall this has happened before to another player. And admin did fix it.

I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Well obviously that would wipe your system, but unless you did a system format the minute before this happened you still cannot say for 100% that your computer did not have any viruses or malware. Plus a system format won't keep it clean for long unless you don't intend on using the internet.

i do think its a bug that have removed the link between yr main and ascended resulting in unascended race. dont play yr account admin will try a recover to the date it was ok

I also have 4.6k GnR

so if i were descended i dont have the option of ascendeing to get it back. Not that i should have to sacrifice my covert levels etc for a glitch... or a hack tho i doubt this.

Other players who had 'disconnected' Main and Ascended were turned into Daimons before.
Probably the same thing happened to you.
Hope it gets fixed.

Had someone from Agen god quest me. Says my ascended account is linked to my main account.

unless its supposed to say that regardless of the link being there or not.
