If you are referring to the blacklist user ingame there should be a unblacklist option, however from my memory there is only a unblacklist all rather than individually. The blacklisting and unblacklisting hasn't always worked either.

well some1 tried sending me a msg but it said i had blocked them, i was wondering how to reset the block so he can send me MSGs on main

Go to where your messages are stored and click "unblock all senders". That is your only option.
