Newbie in need of advice on warfare.

I just joined the game, and my army is still too small to actually attack someone, but I have some questions about how to go about being a galactic warlord once I am ready.

1. Is it possible to completely destroy another player and take all untrained jaffa and Naquadah owned by the defeated player?

2. Is it possible to take someone else's untrained soldiers in raids or is this limited to stealing their Naquadah?

3. Is it worth while for me to join an alliance, or should I go it alone?

Alliances are a good way to get better fast, they can help you out, sometimes there name is good enought to block attacks.

You can take there UU, by raiding them

You can take there naq by attacking them

A commander is allways good to have, they give you Naq per turn, and most will tell you how to play the game, I have stoped being a commander now, but if you want I can teach you how to play. just add me

well if you have msn, I meant add me on MSN, anyway good alliance, um for new people HW is good, they look after there members very well, well I think anyone is good as an allaince, but most alliance wont take you coz your not that good, but it is just finding people you are happy with. What race are you ?
