I recently had my account wrongly suspended for multi accounting, and i have no way to prove that i didn't except for my word. >.>

Would it count as multi accounting again if a made a new account and start over?

You could also try getting ahold of one of the mods to speak on your behalf or at least to investigate the matter.

It depends I guess on how much work you invested in your last acount, there would probably be nothing wrong with starting a new accoutn, but it would be a 'new' account. I'd Pm and try to get the account buissness sorted out.
