Main - Ascended PPT connection

The fact is i never bargained to play SGW on both server at all. I wanted to play SGW on 1 server. I was forced to play it on both to keep all the bonuses. But knowing that i'm getting descended the moment i'm away because i'm on PPT and picnic with my family, is getting on my nerves.

Sure enemies will call me a crybaby, and admin probably won't do **Filtered**.

BUT THIS IS THE SUGGESTION SECTION, AND ALL I DID WAS MAKE A SUGGESTION.

Now all of you DDE smartasses well, i think the state of your alliance and our GC thread tell a good enough story, so stop following my threads and post ridiculous things.

LOL your making a suggestion for your own LACK of game play on ascended along with all the others that want this changed ... we at DDE in company are just telling you to get to work on your ascended account and quit looking for a quick fix... get a clue 5 descensions and you still have a not done anything to help your account but CRY.

Seriously though. I've said it countless times before. Ascended is not main while main is not ascended. Everyone who "chooses" to ascend for whatever reason does so on there own accord. Meaning if you want those pretty little bonus's in main you got to protect them in ascended. And it doesn't take much to protect yourself. Just set 2 days worth of vacation... It wont hurt anything.

Adding ppt to ascended will make it near impossible to descend someone as all it takes as it is currently is for the person to simply log in and refill. You literally need to catch people away from the computer to descend them.

Its cheaper to build the defenses to slow down being descended then it is to build a descenders toc.

Problem with vacation on ascended, is you'll loose 1/2 the bonus to income and unit production. Whilst it's not of overly great significance, it is reduced income.

Also, you'll loose stats, which may will put you out of G&R range.

if your not going to play the ascended server, then you can take the repocussions for that, its your call, noones making you play ascended...

Main has PPT and taking weekends for example some people may like to have a short break at weekends and do other things. For this they have PPT on main to allow them to do that. Why should that not carry over to Ascended at the same time? It has nothing to do with whether people are playing ascended or not. If someone wants a two day break from playing and choose PPT then it shouldn't be restricted to one server, because they are in fact taking a two day break from playing period.

if your going to take it back to the first post then you also need to add

that ^easy is upset that he keeps getting descended so he now wants to have ppt on ascended the same time he has ppt on main...... (this has been talked about I do not recall him posting in those threads)

And the most obvious one is that.... you could just work a LITTLE on the account and NOT get descended on a weekend or for a few days of NOT checking account.

why is it so hard to do a little work on ascended

admin doubles TOC then double it again and also take the 3hour time away make it so you can descend in one hit, up the turns, up the DMU .... lol

Tell us Comador, exactly what levels do you need, to be able to be hit every 3 hours for 64 hours (5pm Friday to 9am Monday)? So, loose less then 5% of your life force every 3 hours?

Just curious since it seems to be the path your determined should be taken.

against who? well what TOC do you want protection from

actually who in the game even cares that much to spend that much time on a account................ now if your talking a group of high TOCs then yes may be if they are working together they might spend that kind of time

other thing like I said before do you even play? if you did you might be able to figure out how to stop from getting descended 1. go on vac 2. work on the account 3. stay out of wars

the simple fact is, it is hard enough to descend someone who plays ascended even a little, the minimal oppurtunity you get may be at weekends, you take this away and there is no oppurtunity and you may aswell be rid of ascended.

Maybe weekends for you.

Some players have net access all day, out of work, able to play in work, work from home etc etc. And choose to play all day on and off, easy enough for them to descend people.

Other players only have the opportunity to play an hour or so a day, some even less, every couple of days, or maybe even only on weekends.

Do you think ascended bonuses should only be for players who's personal circumstances allow them to be more active ??? Maybe we should put that in big bold letters on the log in & registration page and drive all the lesser active players from the game altogether ???

you take this away and there is no oppurtunity and you may aswell be rid of ascended.

Why should ascended only players hurt people in main, when main only players cant to do anything to ascended only players ????

Links and effects should go both ways, if ascended players can hurt main players then their should be a way for main players to hurt ascended, one previous suggestion I liked was ascended power being determined by killable worshiper units in main.

My point is that this has has been suggested before but that ^easy himself points to the fact that he was descended every week end for awhile ( you all are now helping him some ... good job ) so he wants to be saved by admin....
It really is very easy to fix your own account without interference from admin doing something and never get descended.

The question is NOT 'Does this benefit the person suggesting it'. The question IS 'Would this improve the game for the majority of players'.

A update like this would only make playing ascended less of a necessary and get it closer to just turning ascended off which in turn will cause main to die even more.
The mere fact it IS EASIER TO out run TOC.

A better suggestion would be to increase DMU on ascended and make it easy to descend main accounts to get more activity on ascended and on main making the cost of a 40 covert 2 or 3 times more while lowering the cost for coverts up to 37 and leaving 38 and 39 the same ....

also from the fact that ^easy has been descended so much HE is now working on his account .... so our method does work ( when you get descended you work on your account some people quicker some are a bit slower) and he should be thanking pcarmy for all the help

DDE has helped the game by causing people to want to build up to destroy DDE so I think the admin and game should gives us a thank you for pushing you all to grow and develop your accounts. Or buy up to a better account.

WOW you play the bad guys just to unite others against you and bully people to make them stronger. I never realised the despicable policies, words and actions of DDE had such noble motives behind them

And now that enough of the enemies you have made fight the same fight and are stronger than you, what now ? Do you just declare your good works a success and move on ?



Amusing as that diversion was lets get back to ascended PPT, what this thread was made to suggest. It still comes down activity and what time your RL permits you to play. Right now people who cant or dont want to log in every day are penalised, and people are forced to waste what time they could be fighting on main building up an account on ascended, a server they have no interest or intention of playing.

Some people have said we have a choice, we dont have to be ascended, thats BS, any non-ascended player facing an Unk will take far greater losses even if they win a fight because the ascended bonus is so high. Unless the main server is split so ascended and non-ascended player cant fight each other ( separate plains ) then everyone needs ascended bonuses to compete.

As for killing the game by turning off the ascended server I assuming that was just a joke. You would lose maybe a dozen players who only play ascended server, others would be upset, the vast majority either wouldnt care or would rejoice.
