Have I really never posted in this topic!?
It all depends on two things.
1. Are the Q involved? If they are Trek would win, no competition.
2. What take on canon are we going with in the Wars? If we're going real canon vs trek (minus Q) then I still think trek has it on account of the borg. If we're going fake canon (EU) then wars might put up more of a fight, especially with the YV. However. Empire vs Federation, empire hands down. I can hear Picard choking over the comm channel already!
