Wrath of Achilles stole my planet then passed it on to The great abyss of space..
he then deleted that account, and now its saying i cant get it back(dont have the option to conqor planet), why ?

I think you are confused as to what 'The great abyss of space' actually is. It's not an account, it is the abyss of space when you abandon a planet.

So basically Rudy Pena stole your planet then abandoned it.

If you send out your MS i think it has a higher chance of finding that planet again unless someone else finds it first. But I might be wrong, not sure.

Quite right, although I think it is the case that no one can find it in the first 24h after it has been abandoned. (It is on a reserved list, flagged with your id.)

planets can't be passed on to another player in under 24hrs..

if a player steals one then releases it, then no you can't concur it.. so it isindeed lost to you unless

Like Clarkey said, if you send your Mothership out as soon as you know its been released you sometimes get it back.. but its a matter of luck.
