I didnt read the last 4 pages as frankly i CBF'd but im sure there are some, yes ive had enough, well heres a hint, when the game is back, i believe there is a button/option that says delete account so put up or shut up really comes to mind, and then you wont have to worry about it ever again.
The answer to the question posed in the topic title, well i think the fact my account isnt in game says it all really.
