These people do nothing, yet lose their naq because the 'universal PPT' does not cover everyone (specifically the people who didn't drop PPT themselves).
I mean, I'm all for freebies and all.. but this is going to be a nasty surprise for some people. I've seen people with over 10T out losing it (I know to whom) on turn change before being put on PPT again by the game.
One guy might have lost 35t
a certain guy with 544m Army size?? If so, yes he did and i got 27t of it... But hes not logged on for about 2 months so I don't think thats an issue... same for a lot of the big hits, if they were active they would of banked well before now...
