The people who did that had pretty big starting funds. Buy 10k$ worth of things on the market, trade around, and sell for 36k$. It's true. Not something newbies will believe.. but there it is.


@Jim: If you can make 3.6k$ with 1k$, why on earth wouldn't you invest 10k$? That's like wasting potential profit.

Of course. You won't. The only people playing these days are either too young to have money, or too poor to spend it. With a few exceptions. That was different years ago.

Very true, I have known several people that made tons of money off this game when it was big.
Most of them quit their jobs and then game to enjoy a life in the real world.

I made a killing earlier in the game's history, enough to cover several of my mortgage payments and bills.

Ever wonder why I have had over 25 accounts in my time here? lol
