Atm my army size is 360mil. Can i sell UU normally? I'm over the buying cap, will i be able to send units away without a problem?

Yes, trade cap means you can't buy units but you can sell

Servers changed for stargatewars (it moved to another one), SGAW which was on same server as SGW, didn't move because SGAW admin is probably not active anymore, old server apparently closed, and thus game cannot be accessed.
