The OE will no longer accept individual surrenders from any member of TAF. You will still be massed regardless. It seems the word of TAF members is worthless. We are not going to allow people to surrender, have some peace and quiet rebuilding and then rejoining the same war.

And don't come to me about Korruption. He didn't surrender to you while in the OE and in anycase he is no longer part of the OE as I have removed him.
