Turn change bug?

On the turn change i get this message :

Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at gatewars.com.

from xx:05/xx:35 until xx:07/xx:37.

What's the problem?

First, i tought that there's a problem from my pc - i resinstaled my OS changed browser etc but the same problem.
