Private Trade Broker Broke Apparently

If you go to the Private Trade Broker in Main,

Then input a user's ID and click upgrade trade details

The boxes show up where you can put in your number of turns/naq/UU

but under the "For Their Area:" There is nothing, but you can still put your number of resources in, and click the update trade details and confirm trade details, but you get the message stating it has to be in return for their blah blah blah....

Is anyone else experiencing similar symptoms?

EDIT: It appears to be just me, 3 players have now tried, and they all get the same message. "To trade, both players need to have full supporter status." Which I know isn't possible because I have traded with people within the last 3 weeks.

Please tell me I'm not he only one.

I just set a broker to test it. Had no trouble.
Could you broker me? Or pm me your id so that i can try to broker you?


So testet it i got the following message:

With everyone else brokers are fine.

Yeah and since he is ascended he has fullsupporter status. But no idea what the problem is.

I'm only upset about the fact that this is going to delay my ascenstion plays, but oh well, can't do much about a bug.

I don't know what to do to fix it but provide what I already have and I am on my 8 ascenstion was about to go to 9 when I found this out, so I don't know...

and now, no rank is showing on my page, and all my stats show as "unranked"

When this has happened to others in the past it usually means they have lost their SS status and they end up auto-banned.
