0 units 24/7?

idk if this should be in the bugs or the cheater's section, but what's up with this guy?
I've been watching him for weeks, and almost always has 0 units?

Could be a multi used specifically for generating UU (although UP isn't very high) - or it could be an inactive account that is constantly raided - although I don't think that raid can remove all the uu from an account.

Aye, i think you're right wolf, i remember trying to raid someone with 80 odd UU's on quantum when raid was 1st introduced and i didn't even get 1 for my troubles (15 turn attack), so i find it unlikely they lost ALL their UU's from raids.

They must have xferred them, but that does not necessarily mean they cheat, they may have had a deal with someone to provide x number of UU's, hell, they could even be a friend helping out, but i agree some checking should be done to find out either way.

i think its a suspended account. i tried to xfer 1 naq to him as test and got ... That user is currently on vacation/frozen in time. They cannot receive goods while in such a state.
