On the place where the capital of The Collective once stood, a small new settlement was built by a few of its former members, led by Preem Palver. The times were tough, great warring empires surrounded the little bastion and a cold wind of weariness, inactivity and abandon was sweeping across the plains of GateWars. But the wandering adventurers had decided to make that place their home and protect it from whatever the future was about to bring upon it - and they knew they would overcome any obstacles as long as they remained in the citadel that was to be known (by many or but a few), through the rest of GateWars history, simply as 'Colony'.So there, it's official - I've become an alliance leader again, for the last time in what remains of my GW life (long or short as that will be, nobody can tell). I've gained some precious experience during the year and more I've had the honor of being a member of The Collective, and now it's time to go out on my own and see how it goes. Expect to hear more about us in time

You are, of course, a welcome guest in our humble home - both figuratively and, more importantly, on our new forums... *goes to add link to signature*
I have learned from my past mistakes and will do my best not to repeat them. And it's probably the last time I attempt to create an alliance of my own, so I plan to make it as good as I can and have no regrets (and have it last as long as possible too, of course).
Besides, I had to make the name (Colony) sound good for potential recruits!
