Buying UU limit

Hey can some one tell please the following .... :

NARMALY you can ONLY buy UU when you are under 282,602,740 army size right , so what if you are under that limit and if you buy UU with CURRENT X-MASS special will that affect that too ? , I mean if you was under that limit and buy UU on BM you will get 200Mill UU BUT with the special you will get 400Mill UU , if there was no special you would be ok to buy it but how will it work with the current special from ADMIN ? ? ?

Well I was at 447mil army size and used the 80mil uu gift and got up to 527mil.
I don't know though what happens if you buy 5x 10$ uu with current christmas rates in BM if you are close/above trade limit.
