Right, so I've just got started in this server and a couple questions cropped up. Hopefully someone can help me in answering them.

1. AP converts to Life Force in the Cosmic Trade <<< Can anyone please explain to me the use of this ? As far as I know Life Force seems to be your Ascend-ed's HP basically

2. How do you increase your Life Force Cache ? Doesn't seem that there's an option in Cosmic Trade.

3. Getting DMU's at low levels ? I understand that you could only attack others between x5 or 1/5 of your realm size. The problem is I can't get DMU to raise my CER and vice versa the CER to increase my realm size for attacking accounts with more DMU's.

Yes APP are sort of a boost to your LF, the more APP you have the more extra LF in conversion you get, it's the reward for ascending with stats in ascended server: sacrifices in stats are rewarded.
Your LF cache can be increased with converting DMU (income or farmed) to LF, when both LF and LF reserves are full, it goes to cache.
I would advise you to spend all your dmu into fleets and charisma in the start, and farm the inactive players for DMU. I'm not sure if size limit matters for inactive large accounts being targetable by small active ones.

I have approx 5M AP. Should I just convert them? And size limit does seem to apply hence my third question. It's hard to farm efficiently considering you need a big realm size to start attacking larger accounts for more DMU/Turn and to reach that size you already need the DMU's which accounts with 10K realm size are unable to provide.

What's the amount of LF it says you would get out of these APP?

About farming issues, I don't really know the solution myself as I ascended first time back in 2006 and things were quite different.

yes convert it into LF, it would be around a few trill i assume. when you get that go into the powerup page, knock up your charisma and attack physical powerups a few notches, cache cannot be touched by enemies btw. You may have to wait a little while to convert as well, have to wait for your lf to fill over halfway.
Once you done that go and start farming, at this point anything is good, you want to start building your cosmic expansion fleets in "cosmic development" charisma and CEF (the one over <--- there) are tied in such a way that they produce your UP equivalent on ascended, called CER.
There are several guides on the forums, and there is one on the front page of the new ascended login that may help.

@Legendary Apophis : I would get approximately 7T LF

@Sol : That's where I'm stumped. My realm size is about 2K and following the x5 rule, I'm allowed to attack 10K realms but these realms don't have the DMU's to make it worth hitting. These accounts barely have even 100M of DMU's.

farm what DMU you can and, put all DMU and life force into increasing your production, forget everything else until you reach a decent size
slowly you can farm for more and grow much faster and work on everything else.

By the way could you please explain the difference between Energy Flow and Energy Channeling ?

Energy Flow is recovery/turn for LF and Channeling is recovery/turn for LF reserves if I'm not mistaken.
