ascended account issue

hey i was giving this acc from a friend who no longer plays and he gave me the ascended log in details but there not working its there a way a i could get into it? i have asked my friend but he has recently moved house and doesnt have internet so he cant check his emails for the password recovery

im guessing its the original password with just the numbers he said log in for main and ascended was the say but i cant log into ascended

send an email to support@stargatewars.com tell them you just got the account but the guy gave you the wrong details for ascended and they will sort it for you.

make sure you send them your main ID.
