Attacking for no reason, then massing and harassing

Apparently in this game there is no honour anymore. When I started this game, this type of action did not go without punishment. It seems alliance members and bigger players can do whatever they like without anyone protesting.

looks like fs is dying,members rank going down and there is couple of inactive account...
makes me want to give some AT's to fs enemy

Anyone else see the contradiction?
