From the difference between what MLH has posted here and what she posted in our forum at the time I think it has become clear that this dispute and bad feeling over the way the NAP ended IS down to a miscommunication within FS, we thought it had been cancelled. For that on behalf of FS I apologise, we pride ourselves on sticking to our word and it was never our intention to break an agreement.
If you would like an official statement ending the NAP, and to let the 14 days notice run from today ( NO hits by either side for 14 days while we cool off and arrange 1-v-1s and Team battles ), then I would be happy to do that.
BUT
On the issue of farming we will NOT back down, we can cannot allow DDE to farm us, while we get massed if we farm back, us being farmed and not being able to farm back was the reason we tried to agree a farming deal, and the reason we decided to end the NAP. Threads like this one, and Roberts attacks only escalate issues towards what we have being trying to avoid.
If DDE and FS can both agree ( publicly to avoid future disputes over what was agreed ) to allow fair farming both ways and resolve any/all issues via Diplo's arranging Team Battles and 1-v-1s with set start/end dates/times and any rules with the best matched players then we can avoid any future bad feelings & endless low stat wars, and hopefully have some fun fights like the ones FS have enjoyed with LV this week.
On this matter I ( as FS Leader ), Coyle ( as FS 2IC ) and FreeSpirit ( As FS Diplo ) can speak on behalf of all FS. xDaku is the FS Team Battle coordinator who would handle the details and scheduling of Team Battles if an agreement is made in principal.
Please can you confirm who can speak on behalf of all DDE, and ask them to consider and reply ASAP

ps Robert, your right most of DDE have the No AB house bonus, but some leave and rejoin to lose the bonus, and some also have big MSs/Planets that add to def, so occasionally farm hits that seemed fair do end up as losses on the logs ; )
