it starts at 1:46PM game time.

Eastern Canada/US thats 4:46pm
UK thats 9:46pm.

the rest is unknown, but ive been awake for less than 5mins.

Doubt it'll start at 1:46pm, the time varies. Could be reset today or in a couple of days if there's bugs to Iron out.

It opens when it says it does, or the very next turn change. Always has, minus 3 era's..

If the wave is not ready the time will be changed, but it usually is only pushed back an hour or two not a day or two, which has only happened a few times again.. Even then, it will open when it says it does. :-"

Also Two of those three era's the time was delayed after it was opened, then everyone was booted because SIGNIFICANT bugs were found and reported immediately..
