There is good reason to believe that the user behind this account is that of the user previously known as lukas1032 aka joczu.

Under the name Joczu he was originally banned back in June 2010 : viewtopic.php?f=159&t=168774
involving 7 multi accounts.

Under the name Lukas1032 he was banned again back in September 2010 : viewtopic.php?f=159&t=172794
involving 24 multi accounts.

It is believed that the trade thread posted above is linked to possible multi activity, the same as was carried out during his last bans where he was trading the same amounts of naq connected to a small account ingame.

I feel this warrants the account 1977992 being checked out by a game admin. An email has been sent.
