Time for a round of cleanup

Fixed** / not bugs*:
Jan 10, 2012 or before:
** Negative Motherships (and therefore attack values)
* You need MS space to carry naq - it tells you on your base page how much room you got.
* MS attacks are 15 turns. Gate attacks are less. (wormhole and all cuts the commute...)
** The trade/markets will now reset properly.
** If you had more units than MS allowed, it still said they were onboard (in military hardware summary). It now shows proper amount onboard (max of armed men or space onboard). Also stopped negative Naq space display when you were overstuffed with units.
** Cost of AC Tech fixed (was too much before)
** Tech costs and naq available update after buying one.
** Can change name if you have a name change avaialble
** Market values and bit of everything option fixed.

** Ascending stops at max ascension level.
