My office is next door to a gym and in the summer we look out the window to point and laugh while the fatties are outside running round the car park and the muscle bound no neck steroid freaks blow whistles & shout at them....

Why do they pay these people to shout at them, I'll shout at them for free

It would technically be smarter for such people to instead join their national military. Sergeants tend to be far better at the yelling part.

But most if not all militaries have a physical requirement to join.........

True, but also these people want to tone up for their summer hols, Im pretty sure their plan is 2 weeks on the Costa Del Sol, sinking sangria's, soaking up rays & getting laid..... NOT getting sent on a 1 year tour of duty in a sweaty middle east sandpit to get shot and blown up to make rich people richer.
