Sadly the Navy go for camouflage & minimal target aspect, not pretty colours. Im all for the paint it RED and shouting 'come and have a go if ya think your hard enough' but then that easy for me to say since I dont sail into battle with them lol

I am not for painting it red, but painting it white still makes it stand out from the air. Maybe not on the horizon though..
