Looking for a vendetta

need to empty my stats and may as well have some fun doing it.

Whos up for it? Requirements are

Its a day or 2 long
No officers or ill mass you forever :P
No ascended
No planets

That is a nice target. Massing a defence of 50m supers would require all the 37m UU I have left (didn't buy any after Hellsing).
