I like cuba libre, except for the anti-revolutionary connotation of the drink. Che ftw.

hehe, yea it's a quite contradictory combination of name and ingredients I think. or at least: it should be?

Re: Juliet(te)

I prefer to base my opinion on the exiled Cuban community now living in America point of view rather than on the legend spread around the world. And I know the way this kind of guy behaved. Not better at all than the regimes he condemned/fought.

*psychic ability kicks in*
Ah. I get a feeling.
Yes. Will.I.Am.
Argh, no, I get the distinct impression Legendary Pops does not appreciate the awesome charisma of the Che. Pfft, throwing child out with the bathwater, as if you have to agree with his ideals to love the man. ;) I think his idea was absurd and impossible to achieve, but the dude had fun fighting corrupt governments. Amusement. :-D

A gentle, hot guy with epic temper. Reminds me of .. yes, I will shot it in the spoiler.

@Jim: The lieing bastard exiles are exiled for a reason. Let them live their life in the USA and be happy, and leave the island to the islanders.

Lieing bastard. #-o I prefer to  about that wrong statement, rather than starting commenting about it, because I wouldn't know where to start. That's the kind of comment I usually hear coming from the blinded by revolutionary-legends. Wouldn't expect it to come from you.

They are exiled for a reason indeed. Because no opposition was tolerated. Simple.

Brain: We must prepare for tomorrow night.
Pinky: Why? What are we going to do tomorrow night?
Brain: The same thing we do every night, Pinky - try to take over the world!
Chorus: They're Dinky, They're Pinky and the Brain Brain Brain Brain Brain!

Re: Juliet(te)

I find it very amusing, that I started a "discussion" about revolutionists by mentioning a cocktail :-D

Because I originally started by referring to the discovery of my name's beauty by more and more script writers for television series. There are more and more Juliet(te)s popping up across television land. :) My state of being at the time influenced both my decision to post and some of the content. Content which then incited replies regarding cocktails, specifically cuba libre, and then led naturally to the great and victorious Che Guevara, who was hated upon by Pinky Pops, and then returned to you wondering what the hell was going on and Reschef reminiscing about his cocktail post and me summaring the thread for you, Noobert.

:D It all makes so much sense.

Re: Juliet(te)

Who is that "Pinky Pops" you mentioned? :o
I would like to know him/her, considering (s)he apparently shares at least one opinion with me. :-D

If we could get back to discussing the awesomeness of my name and its regular use in television series, the answer to that would be 'yes'. ;)
Without getting rid of the discussion because it too is awesome.
