My apologizes guys. The threats I made were to illustrate the breaking of the rules. I was never going to go after anyone my HC didn't tell me to hit. Les, Brother and Dark hero know me, and I hope well enough to know that.

I would like to point out as a few did, that I have never had a war start/end the day BEFORE marker reset in almost 7 years of playing


It's alright mate, I heard about the little confusion in your camps, got a few PMs about it myself. It's all good :)

No, I was told that the war started at market reset. Little confusion on my end.

Anyways chased Hyourinmaru onto PPT, he was too scared to lose his defence. Dropped it from 7.5 trilish to 4 trilish before he jumped PPT.

Section Admins - who will be 'in charge' of the section in question. They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. And insofar as the Section Admin is responsible for the users, they are also responsible for the high level mod behaviour towards the users.
So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.

Angered by the absense of his earlier attackers, Duck Dodgers orders his armies
to load up everything for an all out assault on the forces of Forgotten Serinity.
Upon arrival of the borders of the opposers, it became clear their were but a few pressent,
after a quick scope of the enemy, but one target was even able to be attacked which could offer resistence.
Sabotages were done to weaken the enemies forces by half and at a key moment the army of Duck Dodgers stormed the realm of Hyourinmaru!

With a losses ratio around 1 to 3 It was confirmed that 330,382 of Hyourinmaru's forces fell at the hands of Duck Dodgers's assult as they managed to eliminate 423405 of Hyourinmaru's Covert Agents in the first assault!
