ascending is no excuse first off its war we have rules and EVERYONE should obey them second off hes not even in gnr range to ascend so that blows that idea out of the water

Just to confirm, I have alliance PMed all FS yesterday reminding everyone that when they log in they should build a 1 trill def BEFORE making any attacks on Ricos

Maybe the rules were a little vague on this, but if someone logs in and doesnt fight, like logging in for 1 min to check PMs or something, or needs to farm resources to build a def ( so long as the farming is outside the war ), then I would cut some slack on that.

Spirit of the rules over the letter of the rules


BUT If your want to be picky about it, their are examples of logins without rebuilds in Ricos too.
