What is considered to be harrassment?

Recently I attacked someone (lower ranked than me) who had almost 150 mil out in the open and took just over half of it- which is the largest haul I have gotten to date. A while later I got a message from someone else( higher ranked than me) telling me basically, "how dare you attack my friend and pay that naq back at once or else". They also attacked me too and did a significant amount of damage. I returned the message pointing out that it was a one time only attack, I hadn't declared war etc and I was simply 'playing the game'. I see no reason why I should return the naq. They attacked me again, and my officer too- and this time messaged us both declaring that until the naq was returned their entire alliance would attack us on a regular basis - and we would both 'pay'. Since then we have both been attacked by the person who sent the message and another person too, several times.
Do I have means/justification to complain to the games admin ppl for this - does this count as harrassment? I have no way of fighting them back, neither does my officer and by attacking their 'friend' I broke no rules. I am geting mightily cheesed off with having to repair my weapons and losing hard earned naq though.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

you cant complain to admin but i am willing to help you. i will protect you. i simple hat bullies. pm me ingame with their names woudl be best,. name is the same.
normally it is the job of a co to protect you in such cases. but i am mroe than willing to do that without the need for you to beocme my officer

You just have to roll with it, build up your def, train some spies etc. etc.
They are doing nothing illigal, though usualy ppl just do a few sabs and leave it at that.
But yeah, post their UI and give Flavar the scent....some times he bites

You will, sadly, meet people like that more than once. I speak from my own experiences. However, you'd better to find some CO or friends, who would help you to smash such bullies. Flaver is good guy, he can help you. (I wonder if he remembers me

Not everyone is like that though. There are people with sense. I had a chunk out for about 2 minutes and terra ryzin showed me why he's in the 200's. I pm'ed explaining why I needed it back, heard why he needed it, he sent more than he took, and I sent many UU his way(needed the naq more than UU then, and he needed things too).

The point of my story is that don't let this thing make you hesitate to attack others(just please not me ), becasue that's why there are attack turns. Like you said you didn't do anything wrong, and are just playing the game. Mind you, I'm writing this all under the assumption that your forum name is the same as your ingame, and/or you are new(presumptuous, yes, I know).

As you've seen there's lots of support against bullies. Don't get discouraged.

Attacking is part of the game, but so is protecting your officers for some commanders. I have ruined people in Quantum for attacking my officer/s before, not just once obviously, but twice or more and i take the gloves off...

I don't ask for the naq back though, i just make 100% sure they loose so much more than they took it is completely uneconomical to even think about attacking my officer/s again.

Can't blame people for taking naq if it's out, but i can blame them for doing it more than once if they have been warned off and not taken my warning as serious

The above posts prove that not all players behave in this manner, which is good to see.

A slight word of caution, please confirm what lola is saying. Though I don't doubt what you are saying for one second it would not be nice or fair if there was something untowards going on here- no offence intended to lola, and he hasnt asked for the attackers to be attacked or sabbed: diplomacy may be the best answer here and the offenders may learn a valuable lesson.

PS: lola, assuming all is as you describe it, I'll help you rebuild your Realm if you need it.
