I actually was trying to sell my account, and apparently i was scammed. I understand that admin does not guarantee transactions outside of the official black market, but just thought there was something that could be done since i have been a loyal customer for several years. I gave the main account details to someone to sell the account and payment was never made, so i kept the ascended details. Like i said, it was not smart, but i thought you could help since i am such an established player and have supported your site for years. Anything you can do will be appreciated. Thanks.

Admin Jason has returned the account to you, username=Demon, you can use the forgot password.We will need to approach the ascended once you have logged into main as we have changed the that to match main as well.

Hi Matthew,
I got this and forwarded some mail from Sue as well.
Give me a day or 2 to go over it, and I`ll respond.
The quick answer, though, to your Q of if an account is ever returned  
--it depends, case by case. Usually no as we cannot prove anything  
about trades. But on occasion -especially if there is 3rd party  
confirmation of investment in account -- we go the other way. Its  
never easy, no matter how it turns out

I'm genuinely stunned, LK, with all due respect....someone must be looking down on you because you are one fortunate mofo. Not that this proves anything but I'm sure Jason will now look into this a bit deeper and probably check a third IP has recently accessed the account...

I think he just meant he gave the account details to the buyer when trying to sell it.

What I dont understand is why AdminJ would be convinced that you were not paid. How did you prove that you were not paid for the account?

He gave them to the same MSN that you recieved them from - the xDaku one.

You really should start reading things...you might not be in this predicament if you had...this is afterall, your issue...

He did read it, but if YOU read it then you can see how LK's email post can go either way.

Well like i said several times, i didn't think i had a chance to get the account back. Thought i was screwed. I pleaded my case to admin and they returned the account to me. If you don't like the decision admin made, then take that up with admin. I realize that i am very lucky and am grateful to admin. Yes, i gave the main account details to xdaku@live.com. I didn't give them to anyone else. Did i make a bad decision? Obviously, but there's nothing wrong with me attempting to get my account back.

Lose the arrogance, I wasn't attacking you. I am merely trying to help Apostle...but whilst we're on it.

Your transaction lost the account, you failed to notify your post or update your buyers. Therefore, if anybody other than the scammer could be brought into this, it's you. The failure to notify or update your selling thread is YOUR fault. You were lucky, you had the policy reversed based on NOTHING. Even though Admin said that he has reversed the policy occasionally for 3rd party intervention.

If you seriously want to make a mountain out of this, keep going...I apologised for vindicating you but added my suspision that it still looks iffy. Sorry mate, but it does...who says you didn't pretend to sell it. Claim the paypal and hoped that Admin Sue would see your woes and give the account back to you. Making you look completely innocent? Obviously the perogative is seeing what Jason can do or finding the middleman who screwed you both over.

Until then, I will cast my assertions where I wish and I will consult Admin if I think it is necessary...and any other help and not moaning would be appreciated. As it's you who gave the tools to the scammer...

Furthermore to this, Fenir did this to a naq seller. He took the resources and sold them on fast...at a cheap price. Which looks very similar to this...
