check the Deitys Guide.
He has just about everything.

You can also do a search for 'sab calc' or somethign simmilar to find a link to a very good all-purpose php calc.

I did check all of the sticky's but it doesnt have anything about the formla's for finding covert skill for a certain number of spies or the total cost of a certain amount of unit production upgrades
