Petition to remove phasing on ascended with war/war

Ascended has never been a defensive game. Why should we try to make it?

If you are phased I think you should not be able to attack, and no one should be able to attack you. A phasing meter would be nice, but not 100% necessary. How did everyone get along in ascended without it before

As for war/war and one-way war losses that's a new topic I already have typed up and ready to copy and paste after the tourney finishes, and does not belong here

I think in true "war times" when it is a long war, that neutral would be set to block the phase issue, and war would only be left for farms. JMO.

I say NOT to changing the phasing to be like main ascended is not main or if you are set to war/war it un-phases

this would just make it easier to mass/sab etc.. all accounts

planets are slow to come, turns are slow to come..... a example of a phase .. a bit ago a couple of us took down a 151 qtrill defense by just sabbing it ... it took all day because of the phasing now

if there had been no phasing this persons defense would have been toast very quickly (all accounts had a war/war setting....) the person could have come on at any point and just repaired the weapons

and that would have been it

1. As per the original poster, should war/war relations allow people to mass each other without phasing?

2. When someone attacks should they slightly unphase themselves?

What is the point of having relations if they work against you? What is the point in having phasing if their is a work around?

Why punish someone for fighting back instead of sitting there taking a beating?


Nox/phasing is a tactic to stop/slow/lengthen battles, so why complain they are to fast to add something to slow it to then complain they are to slow to add something to make it faster? Vicious cycle of more bandaide then wound.

I don't see why not, if you declare a state of war on someone then insurance will not cover. And unless auto war is set in the offender can just attack with neutral to avoid not getting phased

Agreed, there hasnt been a problem in the ascended server for 6 years with phasing, why is it an issue now suddenly, because people are starting to actually play it, you cannot compare ascended to main at all, in main you can just go buy your 500mill UU back instantly in ascended you have to wait days/ weeks to recover to the same level, giving that some people can be on the game 16 hours a day, and others have commitments like family/school/work etc etc surely there needs to be balance.

Its not currently broken, dont try and fix it, i believe to auto unphase yourself you can change realm alert, no?

In my opinion. 1) No. 2) Yes.

It's stupid when you are warring someone, they phase out (which always happens), then they come online, build up massively and mass you back, then sell off again before they unphase. You are online, but you can't counter-attack them because they are phased already, yet they have a free pass to build up as big as they want to hit you and then sell off.

You should at least be able to defend your account by hitting back.

Just increase the hits before someone phases with war/war. It hits 30 hits to phase someone. Just make it to 40 to 60 hits before phasing with war/war.

No Phasing for WAR/WAR or at least not as much

However when tournaments start can you make it so everyone is set at neutral, otherwise youll wipe someone out in WAR/WAR no phase situation.
