so. I make myself my own commander (with me as the only officer) my income is 117 bill per turn.
I dissmiss myself so i have no commander and my income is still 117 bill per turn. I thought
someone without a commander is supposed to get a 5% income increase? I have 0 miners so that income is all in planets. is that 5% income increase only come from units? or am i completely wrong and their is no 5% increase?
my up does change like its supposed too... with no commander = 520,000 /day (572,002 total
with me as commander = 520,000 /day (624,000 total)
