yep...makes me think of a new game..have people meet up online, form groups and then members of that group travel the world killing off people in 'enemy' alliances, the winning team make 100 million dollars, raised through sponsorship and betting and so on.
The only rule would be none of the teams can hire outside parties, so no hiring outside special forces or mercenaries/hitmen and such to do your dirty work.
Wetwork Wars sounds a good name!
