Is it possible to catch up to the big players?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

The cvrt 37 accounts, sure. Maybe if you give up your social life, you might get father. The level 39+ accounts? Not a chance...

Re: Is it possible to catch up to the big players?

I have seen quite a few players, who applied decent activity, starting small and buying there way up to bigger accounts in short time with resources acquired from the game.
Getting a decent levels with a new, own build up account, can take anywhere from a few months to a few years. (less months with $ ;) )

But in all honesty ... its not a game where you easily, after a new start, get to play on par with the big boys. Apart from big accounts, they have skills ... and those skills win them battles. And not just skills in clicking buttons, but understanding the game as a whole and using every aspect to your advantage.

The way you ask your question, resembles that of a individual player, solo type.
This game's power lays the most with the larger empires and alliances, -where team work can make all the difference.

So, don't be putt off by a long road ahead if you stay with your new account ...
The greatest asset this game has, which made many, if not most, come back and stick around... the friends they got to know here.

Stick around, visit some alliances, topics and forum, see if there is anything you fancy and perhaps join them.

Welcome, have fun

edit: just noticed you forum details -,- thought you was a newby xD

Definitely. Not the hyperactive big ones, but the casual playing big ones, sure. Just need to be hyperactive yourself. But what do you expect.. catching up 7 years in such a short time requires tremendous effort. ;)

Top 25 accounts - never
Top 250 accounts - yes with effort. But concerted effort (ie: trading up rather than building up)
