Fluctuates all the time, i had rank 1 covert yesterday with a little over 1.2q.
The trade broker reports trade from Surtr to *Teesdale_ of 100,000,000 Naq for 33,000,000,000,000 Naq is complete.

i did have over 2q AC covert at one stage but i had almost every single ac i had in it lol

it dont count tho cause u only need 2 levels lower to match power , maybe someone has had over 3q AC id say
